1. Our Commitment

Buzlin is a platform for ordering from local shops and services, and for running a business. We want that to work for everyone, regardless of ability. We’re working to make our website and apps usable for people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technology.

2. What We’re Working Towards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state — as we build new features, we review them for keyboard access, color contrast, screen-reader support, and sensible focus order.

3. Known Limitations

Some parts of Buzlin, particularly newer or third-party-integrated features like maps, may not yet fully meet this standard. We’re actively working through these as we improve the platform.

If Buzlin Holdings Inc. is registered/operating in Ontario, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) imposes real compliance obligations — not just a good-faith statement — once an organization crosses certain employee-count thresholds. Worth confirming applicability with counsel, separately from whether you publish this statement.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

We aim for compatibility with commonly used assistive technology, including screen readers (such as VoiceOver and TalkBack) and browser zoom/text-resizing tools. If something doesn’t work well with the specific technology you use, we want to know — see Section 6.

5. Third-Party Content

Some content on Buzlin — such as a seller’s product photos or descriptions — is supplied by independent sellers rather than by us. We encourage sellers to follow good accessibility practice (such as writing descriptive text) but can’t guarantee every piece of seller-supplied content meets this standard.

6. Feedback

If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on Buzlin, we want to know about it. Tell us what page or screen you were on, what happened, and what device/assistive technology you were using, and we’ll look into it.
