Verified sellers
Every business on Buzlin goes through a review before it can list anything - we check government ID and, for registered businesses, proof of registration and ownership - before an application is approved.
Secure payments
Payments are processed through Buzlin's supported payment gateways, not handled directly between you and a seller. Your card and payment details are never shared with the business you're ordering from.
Delivery verification
Orders that go through delivery use a one-time verification code - a driver can't mark your order as delivered without it, so you can be confident it actually reached the right person.
Ratings & reviews
Reviews on shops, products, and professionals come from real customers who've actually booked or ordered, so you can see what to expect before you commit.
Order protection
If something goes wrong with an order, you can request a refund or cancellation - see your order history for the option, or contact us if you need help with a specific case.
Report a problem
If you ever run into a seller, listing, or interaction that doesn't feel right, tell us. We look into every report and take action when something doesn't meet our standards.
